Common questions about pricing

  • Any robot unit that Botpylon actively dispatches task assignments to counts toward your robot cap. Robots that are offline, charging, or decommissioned and not receiving dispatch assignments do not count. Your active robot count is the peak concurrent dispatched robots measured in a 24-hour rolling window.
  • No setup fee for Starter and Growth plans. Enterprise plans may include an integration engineering fee depending on the complexity of custom fleet adapter development or on-prem deployment requirements. This is scoped and quoted before contract signing.
  • Monthly plans are billed month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months and are non-refundable. All plans begin with a 30-day floor simulation period before billing starts, giving you time to validate Botpylon on your actual floor before committing.
  • You can upgrade your plan at any time. If you exceed your robot cap during an active month, we'll notify you and you can choose to upgrade or reduce active dispatch coverage. We do not automatically charge overages. Upgrades mid-month are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
  • Yes. The standard path to Botpylon starts with a 30-day floor simulation: we model your warehouse layout, integrate with your WMS and one robot fleet controller, and run Botpylon in parallel with your existing dispatch for 30 days before you decide to activate live dispatch. The simulation period is included in all plans and billing does not start until you activate.
