CEO & Co-Founder
Six years in warehouse automation at a logistics integration firm, leading multi-vendor robot deployments across 12 fulfillment centers. Founded Botpylon in 2024 to build the vendor-neutral dispatch layer that was always missing from those deployments.
CTO & Co-Founder
Robotics middleware background with prior work in AMR control systems and real-time fleet scheduling. Designed Botpylon's floor graph engine and the sub-300ms dispatch architecture. Co-founded Botpylon with Maria in 2024.
Head of Fleet Engineering
Eight years building robot fleet adapters at a logistics automation company. Leads all integration engineering at Botpylon, overseeing development of the adapter layer that normalizes heterogeneous robot APIs into a single unified task interface.
Machine Learning Engineer
Congestion prediction and path optimization modeling for Botpylon's floor graph engine. Background in operations research and reinforcement learning for physical systems. Responsible for the model that updates path weights in real time.
Product Manager
Prior product experience at a 3PL software company. Translates warehouse operations requirements into platform features, owning the product roadmap for Botpylon's dispatch console and integration configuration tooling.
Robotics Integration Lead
AMR and AGV integration specialist with hands-on experience across more than six robot vendor SDKs. Manages customer onboarding at Botpylon, leading the technical integration process from initial API access through live dispatch activation.
Customer Success Lead
Operations management background in fulfillment. Works directly with 3PL clients on deployment planning and ongoing performance monitoring, translating floor-level operational context into configuration improvements for the dispatch optimizer.
We hire people who understand warehouse floors, robot APIs, or optimization problems at physical scale. Background in AMR/AGV systems, 3PL operations, or dispatch algorithm design is far more valuable here than a generic SaaS resume. Phoenix AZ preferred. Remote considered for the right background.
